A contract with the customer is established once order has been accepted, processed and dispatched.

UniquEco reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime when payment has not been received.

UniquEco is not liable for damages that occur from the use or the inability to use the material on this site. This includes, but is not limited to, negligence or any other special or resulting damages.

UniquEco accepts no responsibility for the content relating to displayed third party links that appear on the site, nor for orders delayed or lost through third party carriers.

We at UniquEco truly appreciate the support we receive for our company’s mission and we attempt to uphold a principled relationship with our craftspeople and our customers.
The below information describes how we treat personal information when you visit this site.

  • The information supplied by our clients, customers and visitors to our website is serviced to enhance the services we offer. We may lawfully use this information for the purposes of improving our website, our services and for contacting and updating our consumers and visitors to notify them of our new products and updates. UniquEco will NOT share this information for commercial purposes.

  • UniquEco retains names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and other personal information provided for orders securely within our internal systems in private files. To avoid and prevent disputes over billing after an order is complete, UniquEco keeps the customer’s billing address, shipping address, contact information, items ordered and the last four digits of the credit card, if utilised.
However, if customers, clients and visitors choose to receive information from other companies that are affiliated with UniquEco, we may disclose your personal information to those companies. If you decide that you no longer want to receive information from a particular company, you will have to contact that company directly. The use of information given to other companies will be determined by that company’s privacy policy because our policy will no longer apply.
