Work with individuals and communities in rural and urban areas who collect, bead, clean and carve the flipflops
Work with a team of 20 plus at the Nairobi workshop who further sort and clean and then add value to the raw materials (flipflops, beads, sculptures) and create unique and inspiring pieces.
Work closely with conservation groups to source flipflops as well as identify groups to work with
Liaise with our clients and interested people across the world to ensure our products, standards and efforts are fulfilling their requirements
